We all love Italian desserts, but now is the time to learn how to make some favourites. Who better to teach us to make these treats than our very own Italian Baker!

On Sunday August 12th from 3:00- 6:00pm we will be meeting to learn to make 3 wonderful Italian desserts.

TIRAMISU’
One of Italy’s most popular treats, Tiramisu is a rich treat blending the bold flavors of cocoa and espresso with savory mascarpone cheese and wine, layered with ladyfinger biscuits.

STRAWBERRY PANNA COTTA
Another Italian classic is Panna Cotta, it’s is a soft set pudding made of cream and sugar and can be dressed with a variety of toppings for a great flavour burst. For this class we are going with a strawberry sauce for a simple yet elegant dessert.

ESPRESSO AMARETTI BISCOTTI
We can’t make Italian desserts without including biscotti. These twice baked cookies are amazing in the mornings with a cup of coffee or as a little pick me up throughout the day. We are going to be making a Espresso Amaretti Biscotti with a chocolate drizzle
